Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address as no refunds can be given after goods have been shipped.
Please note that we will not be held responsible for a failed delivery under any circumstances. If you would like your item tracked, please advise us so that we can advise the supplier in China. Tracking costs will be for the buyers account and will not be the responsibility of the seller or the supplier. Please also make arrangements for your own insurance cover for theft or failed delivery of the item you intend to purchase.
Please note that the delivery period is +- 4 – 6 weeks from China. Weeks are made up of business days Monday – Friday excluding public holidays.
If you would like your product delivered in a faster time please indicate by which method i.e fedex or epacket and we will make arrangements for this at your cost.
Refunds will only be entertained on receipt of the damaged goods by our office so that we can carry out an inspection on the damage and then report back to the supplier in China. This process can also take up to 4 weeks from receipt of the damaged goods.
If you have received an incorrect item or items please do not open the sealed box.
Please take photographs of the incorrect item/s sent to you in its original packaging and unopened box. We will require these photographs from you when we process your claim.
Please take photographs of the tracking number and waybill numbers.
If the sealed box has been broken we will assume you have kept the original item and have instead replaced it with a different item in order to lodge a claim.
Postage costs for return of goods to our office in Australia NSW is the buyer’s responsibility.
